In this role, the manager will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring a diverse team of part-time hourly employees including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers. The emphasis is on fostering a culture of excellence that prioritizes high cookie quality, engaging customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.\n\nManagers will also take the lead in managing service components by promoting outstanding food quality, friendly and attentive customer interactions, and maintaining an inviting store environment. They will have direct responsibility for ensuring inventory accuracy and controlling costs by conducting regular audits. Furthermore, managers are empowered to create innovative local marketing initiatives and fun recognition programs or contests to boost team morale and drive sales performance. The company values a benevolent leadership style, encouraging a player-coach mentality where managers lead by example and actively engage with the team on a daily basis.\n\nThis role requires availability to work several mid-to-late shifts later in the week (Thursday through Sunday) to provide optimal leadership coverage during peak service periods.
