Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain renowned for its commitment to quality, community, and creating meaningful experiences centered around the culture of coffee. Established decades ago, Starbucks has grown from a single store to a leading international brand with thousands of locations worldwide. The company emphasizes not only crafting the world's finest coffee but also fostering warm and welcoming spaces where customers feel a sense of connection and belonging. As a prominent player in the retail and foodservice industry, Starbucks is dedicated to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and social responsibility, setting standards for the coffee and hospitality sectors. Their stores serve as vibrant community hubs where people come together to share moments, celebrate cultures, and enjoy premium coffee beverages made with precision and care.

Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a diverse and innovative company that invests deeply in the growth and development of its partners (employees). Starbucks partners benefit from a range of industry-leading developmental experiences, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career progression within a culture that values respect, inclusion, and collaboration.

The role of a Coffeehouse Leader at Starbucks is a dynamic leadership position that blends operational excellence with fostering an engaging and inclusive environment for both partners and customers. In this role, you will lead a team charged with delivering high-quality service that creates memorable moments for customers with each cup of coffee. Beyond managing daily business activities, you will serve as a mentor and coach, inspiring team partners to develop professionally, grow their skills, and contribute meaningfully to the store's success. The position demands strong organizational capabilities, interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit focused on sales growth and operational efficiency.

Starbucks values leaders who bring professional maturity, a passion for customer service, and the ability to solve problems effectively while leading by example. This role is not just about managing a coffeehouse; it is about creating a place where the community feels welcome every day. It invites motivated individuals with retail or military leadership experience who are eager to make a positive impact and grow with a company that prioritizes people, quality, and value.

Partners in this position receive a competitive compensation package influenced by various factors such as experience, skills, and location, alongside a robust suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, paid parental leave, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, personal days, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Starbucks further supports educational advancement through programs like the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, providing 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree via Arizona State University’s online program.

If you are ready to lead with craft and heart in a role that offers growth, connection, and the opportunity to be part of something bigger, Starbucks welcomes you to apply and join their mission of crafting the world’s finest coffee, one meaningful moment at a time.
