Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
  • availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to adhere to company policies
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform required duties

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service
  • strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • professional maturity in team management

  • Lead store operations to ensure excellent customer service
