Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- availability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership and coaching abilities
- professional maturity in team management
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners to achieve operational excellence
- create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- manage daily store operations including scheduling and inventory
- drive sales and promote an entrepreneurial spirit
- ensure adherence to Starbucks quality standards and customer service protocols
- resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- support partner development through coaching and feedback
