Established as a leader in the retail coffee industry, Starbucks creates warm and welcoming environments where each cup of coffee sparks a moment of connection and joy. Renowned for blending the artistry of coffee making with exceptional customer service, Starbucks goes beyond selling coffee—they cultivate community spaces where people come together to share experiences and build relationships.

As a vibrant and influential company in the food and beverage sector, Starbucks invests deeply in the growth and development of its partners (employees), empowering them through comprehensive training, developmental experiences, and industry-leading benefits. The company’s culture embraces innovation, quality, and inclusion, aiming to lead by example in both social responsibility and exceptional service. Starbucks Coffee Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer with commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all its locations worldwide.

The role of Coffeehouse Leader at Starbucks is more than managing operations—it is about leading a passionate team in creating an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated every day. The Coffeehouse Leader is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by motivating and mentoring team partners with professionalism and warmth. This leadership position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, interpersonal capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach. With an entrepreneurial mindset, the Coffeehouse Leader drives sales and operational excellence, upholding Starbucks' standards of quality and community values.

Employment in this role is full-time, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Starbucks offers competitive compensation, tailored to the candidate’s skills, experience, and location. The company emphasizes career growth, offering partners the chance to expand their journey through leadership development and continuous learning opportunities.

Starbucks Coffee Company supports its partners with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid parental leave and vacation time from the date of hire; sick leave; paid holidays; and participation in retirement plans. Full-time partners and their families also enjoy access to supplemental benefits, educational resources like 100% tuition coverage for a first bachelor's degree via Arizona State University’s online program, financial well-being tools, and more. Starbucks is committed to creating a supportive workplace where partners can thrive personally and professionally.

We invite motivated individuals with a passion for leadership, customer service, and coffee culture to join us as Coffeehouse Leaders.
