Job Requirements

  • experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role preferably in fashion
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies
  • knowledge of retail operations visual merchandising and inventory management
  • ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention
  • analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize commercial performance
  • foster positive relationships with host store partners and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • manage budget and control expenses while promoting marketing initiatives
