As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the comprehensive operations of the seasonal store. You will also be responsible for shrink management, merchandising strategies, inventory accuracy, staff coordination, and the physical setup and dismantling of store fixtures and displays. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to manage physical demands, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds, are essential. The role demands prior retail management experience and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
