We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the entire operation of one of our seasonal stores. This role is pivotal to driving sales, managing expenses, and enhancing guest experiences. The Store Manager will be entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring shrinkage, merchandising products effectively, overseeing inventory controls, and managing the staffing and logistics involved in setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $21.90 to $22.15 per hour, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Additionally, employees benefit from several incentive programs including California Paid Sick Time, a Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay Programs, all subject to qualifying criteria.

As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring that the store meets its financial targets while delivering superior customer service. The role demands a flexible schedule and a readiness to engage in the physical aspects of the job, which includes standing and walking for over eight hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
