Job Description

The role of Store Manager is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the total operation of our seasonal store. This includes managing day-to-day retail activities to ensure maximum sales performance and profitability while maintaining strict control over expenses. You will be accountable for all aspects of the store including merchandising strategies, inventory control, staffing, and the physical setup and teardown of the store environment. This job requires hands-on involvement including lifting and moving merchandise, setting up fixtures, and supervising team members throughout each shift. The position demands a flexible schedule and physical endurance, as the role includes standing and walking for over eight hours a day as well as climbing ladders and handling materials up to 50 pounds.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Store Manager must uphold high standards for shrink prevention, ensuring that inventory losses are minimized through effective oversight and policies. The ability to maintain an engaging atmosphere that enhances the guest shopping experience is paramount. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $20.50, based on qualifications and experience, along with several attractive benefits.
