Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as demanded

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial attitude with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach
- professional maturity in managing teams
