Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial attitude with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach
  • professional maturity in managing teams
