Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including more than 40 hours per week
  • availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of us military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • excellent leadership abilities with professional maturity and capability to coach and mentor
  • ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners to create a welcoming and high-quality customer experience
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction
  • maintain inventory management and ensure supply levels meet customer demand
  • implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
  • foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment
  • handle customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain brand loyalty
