Starbucks prioritizes a culture where partners can thrive both personally and professionally. This is reflected in their robust benefits package which supports health, education, financial security, and work-life balance. Partners receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay from day one. Moreover, Starbucks provides unique educational benefits such as 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through the Arizona State University partnership and access to various financial wellness programs.

Those interested in joining Starbucks as a coffeehouse leader should have a demonstrated record of leadership in retail or customer service, strong organizational skills, maturity in coaching and mentoring teams, and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on sales growth and operational excellence. The company welcomes candidates with diverse backgrounds including US Military service, recognizing the valuable skills and leadership qualities acquired through such experience. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a global brand that values people, quality, and community at its core.
