As a company, Starbucks is devoted to creating warm and welcoming environments where every cup of coffee becomes an opportunity for connection and joy. The coffeehouse is not just a place to grab a beverage; it is a community hub where people from all walks of life come together to share moments that matter. Starbucks values the growth and development of its partners (employees), investing heavily in their career journeys through comprehensive training, leadership development, and attractive benefit offerings. The company’s dedication to inclusion and diversity ensures that all partners and customers feel respected and valued in every interaction.

As a Coffeehouse Leader at Starbucks, you will be instrumental in guiding a team to deliver exceptional customer service that transforms everyday coffee experiences into memorable moments filled with care and connection. You will manage daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve inspiring and coaching your team partners, enhancing both their professional skills and personal confidence as they contribute to the store’s success.

Candidates for this position are expected to have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales and customer engagement, alongside excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. The role demands a leader capable of navigating fast-paced retail environments with maturity and dedication, embracing both team leadership and hands-on support when needed. Starbucks welcomes candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those with significant military service, reflecting its commitment to valuing different experiences and perspectives in its leadership.

This full-time position requires availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, fitting the dynamic needs of a thriving coffeehouse. Starbucks offers competitive compensation that considers job knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. Along with a competitive salary, Starbucks provides an industry-leading benefits package that supports partners and their families' well-being, career development, and financial security. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation from the first date of hire, sick time, paid holidays, and participation in retirement and stock programs.

Joining Starbucks as a Coffeehouse Leader means connecting with something larger than just a job. It means creating community impact, growing as a professional, and championing the values of quality, value, and human connection. If you are passionate about leadership, customer experience, and coffee culture, Starbucks invites you to apply and become part of a company that strives to make every moment in the coffeehouse meaningful.
