Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning
- Direct activities to achieve sales and profit goals
- Manage customer service and promptly address customer needs
- Supervise team including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain store appearance, merchandise presentation, and compliance with visual guidelines
- Monitor and control payroll, expenses, and inventory
- Implement loss prevention measures and protect company assets
- Analyze business reports to improve financial performance
- Plan and execute store strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and operational standards
