Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning

  • Manage customer service and promptly address customer needs
  • Supervise team including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandise presentation, and compliance with visual guidelines
  • Monitor and control payroll, expenses, and inventory
  • Implement loss prevention measures and protect company assets
  • Analyze business reports to improve financial performance
  • Plan and execute store strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and operational standards
