Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the employment country
- Ability to work full-time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Willingness to engage in ongoing developmental training and experiences
- Physical ability to perform duties associated with coffeehouse operations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor professionally

- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
