Established as a global leader in the coffeehouse sector, Starbucks has revolutionized the coffee experience by creating warm and welcoming spaces where community and connection are at the heart of every visit. Known for its high-quality coffee and inviting ambiance, Starbucks encourages a culture of respect, inclusion, and innovation, making it an employer of choice for individuals who seek to grow personally and professionally in an inspiring environment.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, you will play a crucial role in not just managing the business but leading a team that creates moments of connection and joy. This role is for individuals with a passion for leadership, customer service excellence, and an entrepreneurial spirit geared toward a sales-focused environment. Every day you will have the opportunity to influence the atmosphere and culture of your store, ensuring that community members feel welcomed and valued. The position demands a dedicated leader who can coach and mentor with professional maturity while maintaining strong organizational and interpersonal skills to solve challenges effectively.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the retail coffee industry. Starbucks invests heavily in the growth of its partners, offering industry-leading benefits and developmental opportunities to encourage career advancement. This is more than a job; it's a journey of personal and professional growth where you contribute to something bigger than yourself while shaping a space where quality, values, and people matter most.

As a Starbucks partner, you and your family will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as both basic and supplemental life insurance. Additional benefits include short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from the first day of hire, sick time accrual, paid holidays, and personal days. Starbucks also offers significant financial benefits such as participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, discounted company stock programs including the Starbucks Equity Program (Bean Stock), incentivized emergency savings, and a variety of financial well-being tools.

Education and career growth are strongly supported through Starbucks' College Achievement Plan, which offers 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree via Arizona State University’s online program, alongside student loan management resources and other educational opportunities. Starbucks further provides support through backup care and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) reimbursement.

Starbucks Coffee Company is committed to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and inclusion at every level. Legal documentation for employment eligibility is required, and the company ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Starbucks also offers accommodations for applicants with disabilities to ensure everyone has the opportunity to apply and succeed.
