Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for legal employment in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to embrace Starbucks commitment to inclusiveness and community-focused values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
  • Leadership ability to coach and mentor a team with professional maturity
