Partners and their families gain access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, various life insurances, disability coverage, paid parental leave, and paid time off from the first day of hire. The company also supports educational advancement by providing 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University's online program, student loan management resources, and other educational opportunities. Additional perks include a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, equity and stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, backup care, and various reimbursements.
