Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time with over 40 hours per week including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality in a sales-driven environment
  • proven leadership capabilities with ability to mentor and develop team members
  • professional maturity and effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • coach and mentor team partners to ensure high performance
  • maintain a sales-focused environment while upholding Starbucks' quality standards
  • develop and implement organizational strategies to enhance customer experience
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and team members
  • manage scheduling and staffing to optimize operational efficiency
  • ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws
