Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings evenings weekends and or holidays
- willingness to work in a fast paced customer service environment
- commitment to Starbucks values and culture
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership and coaching capabilities
