Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

  • availability to manage shifts often exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • professional maturity in team management
