Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and right to work legally in the country
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum high school or GED
  • Successful completion of background checks as applicable

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards in quality and service

  • Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving processes within the store
  • Drive sales and operational performance with an entrepreneurial approach
