Job Requirements
- legal documentation confirming identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
- commitment to uphold Starbucks standards and values
- ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- professional maturity and ability to handle responsibilities with integrity
Job Duties
- lead the daily operations of the coffeehouse ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
