Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- proven leadership skills with coaching and mentoring ability
Job Duties
- Lead the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory and sales
- coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- implement sales and marketing initiatives to grow business
- resolve customer issues with effective problem-solving
- ensure compliance with company policies and standards
