The company supports employees through comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid parental leave; paid vacation from the start date; sick leave accrual; paid holidays; and personal days. Additionally, Starbucks participates in retirement planning with employer contributions, offers stock purchase plans, and supports educational advancement through tuition coverage and loan management resources.
