Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain dedicated to crafting the world’s finest coffee and creating meaningful moments one cup at a time. Founded with a passion for quality coffee and community, Starbucks has grown into a leading retailer in the coffee industry, known for its warm and welcoming spaces where every visit sparks connection and joy. Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop; it is a vibrant community hub where people come together to savor expertly brewed beverages and experience a sense of belonging. With a commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and innovation, Starbucks continues to set the standard for excellence in coffee and customer experience.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, you play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive environment that fosters team growth, drives sales, and delights customers. This leadership position goes beyond managing operations — it involves inspiring and mentoring team partners, developing their skills, and creating moments of connection with every customer interaction. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings both craft and heart to their work, leading by example to build a community-focused coffeehouse where guests feel valued and welcomed. Starbucks invests in your professional development, offering structured growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits designed to support your career and personal well-being.

This full-time position requires a strong commitment, often exceeding 40 hours per week and includes variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starbucks offers robust compensation that reflects your experience, skills, and location, with the understanding that pay is carefully determined through an equitable process. In this role, you will lead with an entrepreneurial spirit within a sales-driven environment, employing exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to solve problems and optimize team effectiveness.

As part of the Starbucks partner experience, you and your family will have access to top-tier benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, disability coverage, paid parental leave, and generous vacation and sick leave policies. Starbucks also supports partners’ educational aspirations through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, offering full tuition coverage for first-time bachelor’s degrees via Arizona State University’s online program. Additional financial benefits include participation in a 401(k) plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, and emergency savings incentives. Starbucks is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where every partner is respected, and accommodations for disabilities are readily provided.

Join Starbucks as a coffeehouse leader and connect with something bigger — a purpose-driven company committed to quality, community, and sustainable growth. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally, impact your community positively, and contribute to a brand that values people and quality above all.
