Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor team partners

- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver excellent customer service
