Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized leader in the coffeehouse industry, known for its dedication to crafting the finest coffee and creating warm, welcoming spaces for communities around the world. Established decades ago, Starbucks has grown to become a symbol of quality, connection, and innovation in the retail coffee sector. The company emphasizes not only delivering exceptional coffee but also fostering meaningful moments that bring people together, making every visit to a Starbucks store a unique and memorable experience. Starbucks operates thousands of stores worldwide and is committed to sustainability, community involvement, and the well-being of its partners (employees). The brand has set high standards in customer service, product quality, and workplace culture, which consistently distinguishes it as a top employer in the retail industry.

This role is a leadership position at one of Starbucks' vibrant coffeehouses, situated at the heart of the community. As a coffeehouse leader, you will be entrusted with running daily operations while inspiring and guiding a team of dedicated partners who share a passion for craft and customer experience. This position focuses not just on business acumen but also on emotional intelligence, as you will cultivate an environment where every customer feels welcome and every team member feels supported. The role offers full-time employment, with a work schedule that may exceed 40 hours weekly, including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starbucks values growth and development, providing ample opportunities for partners to advance their careers through training, mentorship, and hands-on experiences. We believe strongly in an entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships, which you will exemplify and foster within your team. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; short and long-term disability; paid parental leave; paid vacation and sick time; paid holidays and personal days; and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Starbucks also supports educational advancement through tuition coverage for online bachelor's degree programs and offers additional financial wellness benefits.

Joining Starbucks as a coffeehouse leader means becoming part of a company that cares deeply about its partners and customers alike. Starbucks Coffee Company stands firmly committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring that all candidates receive fair consideration regardless of race, gender identity, or other protected characteristics. You’ll be empowered to make a significant impact while growing as a professional and individual, surrounded by a team that values quality, community, and connection. If you have strong leadership abilities and a dedication to creating meaningful experiences through coffee, Starbucks invites you to apply and become part of something bigger.
