Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain dedicated to crafting the world's finest coffee, one meaningful moment at a time. Founded in 1971, Starbucks has grown to become a leader in the specialty coffee industry, known for its high-quality products, innovative beverages, and an inviting atmosphere that encourages connection and community. As a part of Starbucks, you join a company deeply committed to creating a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks meaningful connections and joy. Starbucks believes in fostering a culture where partners are valued, supported, and empowered to grow both professionally and personally.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, you do much more than run a business—you lead a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through the door. Your role is pivotal in shaping the environment where community members feel welcomed and appreciated. This leadership position requires a blend of craft, heart, and strategic thinking to manage daily operations effectively while motivating your team to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for building an atmosphere where your staff can thrive, grow, and achieve their potential. This is a full-time opportunity that offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture designed to enhance your career journey.

In this leadership role, you will have the chance to develop your skills through continuous learning and development programs. Starbucks values talent development and invests heavily in their partners' growth, offering industry-leading benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid parental leave, paid vacation, and additional perks. You will also have access to educational opportunities such as the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, which provides 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program.

Working at Starbucks is more than just a job—it is an opportunity to be part of something bigger. The company fosters an inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated, and every partner is empowered to bring their unique experiences and perspectives to the workplace. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and promotes a culture of respect and inclusion. The role demands flexibility including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the retail coffee industry.

By joining Starbucks as a coffeehouse leader, you embark on a rewarding career path filled with opportunities to create lasting relationships, make a meaningful impact, and connect with a community that values quality, service, and shared experiences. Starbucks invites individuals with strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for customer service to apply and grow with them in this exciting role.
