Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to work full time hours, with open availability

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
  • Proven track record in talent recruiting and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
  • Experience in customer clienteling and service
  • Familiarity with brand visual merchandising standards

Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall store performance and KPIs
  • Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers on company history, and possessing product knowledge
  • Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
  • Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent
  • Communicate effectively to energize and encourage team collaboration
  • Lead through fostering accountability and trust
  • Clearly communicate new initiatives and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Lead by example in store and personal presentation
  • Manage return policies with prioritization on customer experience
  • Respond to customer complaints professionally and resolution-oriented
  • Execute brand visual standards and updates
  • Perform daily store operations efficiently
  • Schedule team members based on business needs and budget
  • Manage store inventory with high detail and organization
  • Lead opening and closing duties
