Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- ability to supervise and train use of equipment and materials in specified job descriptions
- ability to manage functions in customer service, lead and assistant roles
- ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, employment forms
- valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- open availability
- ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
- ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
- ability to work in specified conditions
- ability to operate a motor vehicle
- ability to sit for long periods
- may require food server and food safety management certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred
- ability to supervise and manage functions of customer service and store operations
- computer skills or willingness to learn
- valid driver’s license
- effective oral and written communication skills in English
- ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
- food service and food safety certifications may be required
Job Duties
- Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees
- recruits, hires and trains employees ensuring excellent customer service
- manages and assigns tasks to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- schedules employees to meet business needs and company guidelines
- promotes and resolves customer complaints professionally
- prepares and conducts employee performance appraisals
- ensures employees complete required training
- develops and maintains communication with employees and District Manager
- manages store files, reports, and merchandise displays
- analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
- safeguards money received and disbursed
- notifies District Manager of any discrepancies
