Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • ability to supervise and train use of equipment and materials in specified job descriptions
  • ability to manage functions in customer service, lead and assistant roles
  • ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, employment forms
  • valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • open availability
  • ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
  • ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
  • ability to work in specified conditions
  • ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • ability to sit for long periods
  • may require food server and food safety management certifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred
  • ability to supervise and manage functions of customer service and store operations
  • computer skills or willingness to learn
  • valid driver’s license
  • effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
  • food service and food safety certifications may be required

Job Duties

  • Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees
  • recruits, hires and trains employees ensuring excellent customer service
  • manages and assigns tasks to maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • schedules employees to meet business needs and company guidelines
  • promotes and resolves customer complaints professionally
  • prepares and conducts employee performance appraisals
  • ensures employees complete required training
  • develops and maintains communication with employees and District Manager
  • manages store files, reports, and merchandise displays
  • analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
  • safeguards money received and disbursed
  • notifies District Manager of any discrepancies
