Job Description

As a full-time Windsor Store Manager, you will play a critical role in furthering the company’s mission by managing all aspects of daily store operations. This role is vital in ensuring that the store not only meets but exceeds its performance and profitability goals while maintaining the highest visual merchandising standards. You will be responsible for interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translating these metrics into actionable strategies that enhance sales and customer experience. As a sales-focused leader, you will act as the "Host of the Party," leading your team to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience that captivates and retains customers.

Your responsibilities will also involve talent acquisition and retention, where being the "mayor of the mall" means you are adept at networking and recruiting the best fashion-loving individuals to join your team. The position requires meticulous planning and organization to optimize payroll, execute store operations flawlessly, and create a shopping environment that delights customers. Leading and developing a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists is paramount. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and recognition, ensuring the team’s long-term success and alignment with the company's values.

Integrity and compliance are non-negotiable elements of this role. You will ensure that all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures are strictly followed and that the team remains accountable for maintaining excellent audit and shrink results. Additionally, you will oversee the visual merchandising directives to keep the store neat, attractive, and fully compliant with Windsor’s guidelines. This involves managing inventory levels smartly and making data-driven decisions about product adjustments and replenishments.

Job Requirements
