Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible and reliable schedule
Proficient in analyzing store performance data
Commitment to workplace safety and loss prevention
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate store equipment
Capable of working varied hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail management experience
Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team of up to 25 employees
Strong communication skills in group and individual settings
Ability to analyze sales data and operational reports
Skilled in conflict resolution and quick decision-making
Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful and productive work environment
Familiarity with retail store operations and visual merchandising
