Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible and reliable schedule
- Proficient in analyzing store performance data
- Commitment to workplace safety and loss prevention
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights up to 25 pounds
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Capable of working varied hours including weekends and holidays

- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team of up to 25 employees
- Strong communication skills in group and individual settings
- Ability to analyze sales data and operational reports

- Familiarity with retail store operations and visual merchandising
Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead sales initiatives and analyze KPI reporting
- Recruit, hire, and retain store staff
- Organize staffing schedules and optimize payroll
- Train and develop team members
- Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Enforce loss prevention and safety protocols
