We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is accountable for the overall sales performance, focusing keenly on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in upholding merchandising standards, ensuring smooth store operations, and leading the training and development efforts for the entire staff. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the Store Manager supervises a team comprising a Co-Manager, Assistant Manager, Key Holders, and Store Associates.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining talented individuals to build a high-performing team aligned with store needs and succession planning goals. You will set annual objectives, administer performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement. Leading by example on the selling floor, you will maintain visibility to address customer inquiries and support selling activities. You will also implement all visual merchandising directives and ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and profitability, meeting or exceeding targets in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion rates. Strategic execution to maximize store performance and control costs is paramount. Operational effectiveness includes managing payroll within expectations, enforcing loss prevention measures, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities include making sound decisions, maintaining excellent communication, acting with integrity and respect, adapting to changes, and multitasking efficiently. Flexibility to assume other duties as assigned by supervisors is essential. This role requires a minimum of two years of store management experience, proficiency in computer use and report analysis, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting over 30 pounds and standing for long periods during shifts.

Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of store manager experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team
- Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts

- Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales payroll shrink and conversion
