Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity at one of our IHOP restaurant locations. This role is vital in supporting the overall operations by supervising front and back-of-house employees, ensuring adherence to IHOP’s standards while also driving profitability and sales growth. The Manager will be responsible for executing key operational strategies, enhancing the guest experience, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. With an annual salary of $42,900 plus bonus pay, this position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a well-established company.

The Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day success of the restaurant by assisting in achieving budgeted sales and profits, maintaining stock and operational standards, and fostering professional relationships among employees and guests. The position includes supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline of restaurant staff. The individual must be able to effectively apply IHOP’s Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and operate within the company’s safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Working in this role requires flexibility and a willingness to work various shifts, including day, night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. The physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and interacting with the team and guests, requiring a proactive and energetic approach. Job Duties

  • Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits

  • assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
