Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two to four years related experience or training
- valid driver’s license
- ability to speak and read English
- ability to write and communicate effectively
- physical ability to perform job duties
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs

- certification through assigned IHOP training courses
Job Duties
- Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
- develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with employees and guests
- implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees
- assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
- comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees
- ensure adequate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
- maintain operational condition of equipment and premises
- ensure safety and sanitation practices
- ensure security practices
- assist in completion of reports and paperwork
- perform other duties as assigned
