Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two to four years related experience or training
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to speak and read English
  • ability to write and communicate effectively
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to draw and interpret bar graphs

  • certification through assigned IHOP training courses

Job Duties

  • Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
  • develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with employees and guests
  • implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees
  • assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
  • comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees
  • ensure adequate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
  • maintain operational condition of equipment and premises
  • ensure safety and sanitation practices
  • ensure security practices
  • assist in completion of reports and paperwork
  • perform other duties as assigned
