We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Store Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Smoothie King store to ensure effective management, excellent customer service, and profitability. This role is essential in maintaining the store’s high standards, managing staff, stock, and sales, and fostering a welcoming environment for customers. The Store Manager must have remarkable leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth store functioning. As a Store Manager at Smoothie King, you will be the frontline leader who oversees every aspect of the store's operations, including recruitment, training, supervision of staff, budget management, and stock control. Your responsibilities will include creating schedules, motivating the team to achieve sales targets, addressing customer complaints and queries, and promoting the store’s nutritional products and brand effectively. You will also work closely with upper management, ensuring the store complies with health and safety regulations while maximizing profitability and productivity.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $48,000 annually, along with a flexible schedule that includes an 8-hour shift.
