Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to work in a store within 50-mile radius
  • Flexible schedule including weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Serve Safe certification for food safety
  • Experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environments and maintain accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage store operations to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Hire, train, and direct associates to build a strong team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
  • Monitor and control inventory and expenses
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Resolve customer issues and manage conflicts effectively
  • Participate in ongoing leadership development and training programs
