Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Ability to work in a store within 50-mile radius
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage store operations to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Hire, train, and direct associates to build a strong team
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Monitor and control inventory and expenses
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve customer issues and manage conflicts effectively
- Participate in ongoing leadership development and training programs
