With nearly 2,800 locations worldwide, Panda Express has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences while fostering a family-oriented culture that supports both its associates and the communities it serves. The company places a strong emphasis on professional and personal development, creating a positive work environment where team members are motivated to grow and succeed. This commitment to its people helps to sustain its continued expansion and market leadership in the fast-casual dining industry.

The role of Store Manager at Panda Express is an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who are passionate about managing a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of a single store location. Your duties will include hiring, training, managing, and directing associates to meet financial targets, maintain high standards of quality and service, and foster an exceptional guest experience. The position offers the chance to drive business success through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Panda Express provides an extensive store leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks, ensuring new managers are well-prepared for their responsibilities.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $31 per hour, with compensation dependent on factors such as location and experience. The company also provides comprehensive bonus opportunities that reward performance and commitment. Panda Express values its associates by providing a broad array of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, various disability and income protection options, a 401K plan with company match, paid time off, and numerous discounts.

In addition to leading daily operations, Store Managers at Panda Express play a vital role in supporting the company’s mission of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and staff. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer that strongly adheres to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging applications from candidates of all backgrounds and providing reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If you are ready to take on a leadership role with a brand known for its innovation, culture, and commitment to quality, becoming a Panda Express Store Manager offers a highly rewarding career path. The position combines hands-on management experience, employee mentoring, extensive training, and a competitive benefits package. You will have the chance to influence the success of a flagship store and contribute to an organization dedicated to bettering lives through family values, community engagement, and leadership development.
