About the Store Manager Role:

The Store Manager at Joe & The Juice carries the vital responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the store, aiming to achieve the highest performance standards across all aspects of the business. This role demands leadership in adherence to legal regulations, company policies, risk management, and compliance. The Store Manager leads a team to deliver the best guest experiences by ensuring efficient workflows and consistently high product quality. Success in this role is measured by the ability to lead, develop, and retain an engaged team that follows store operational protocols to create memorable customer interactions, turning casual visitors into loyal patrons.

In addition to operational leadership, the Store Manager plays a crucial role in financial performance by meeting budget goals, driving sales, and optimizing EBITDA. You will be responsible for recruiting new team members, overseeing onboarding and training, and fostering a positive work culture based on company virtues. Your role includes workforce management that aligns with budget and legal standards, inventory control to minimize waste, and continuous engagement initiatives that support team motivation and development. Job Requirements

Job Duties
