Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification in food safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Capability to manage difficult situations and conflicts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic financial acumen and operational knowledge
Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Hire, train, and mentor store associates to build a strong team
- Oversee financial goals including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations including Serve Safe certification
- Monitor inventory and ordering to reduce waste and control costs
- Lead by example to uphold Panda Express’s brand values and culture
