Currently, Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single store, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. In preparation for success, Panda Express provides an extensive Store Management Leadership Training program that lasts eight or more weeks. This paid training is designed to equip new managers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to run their stores efficiently and inspire their teams. The training encompasses various aspects such as operations management, financial oversight, guest service excellence, and team development. Beyond the initial training, Panda Express offers ongoing career and leadership development opportunities, including continuous education assistance, scholarships, and career growth potential into higher management roles.

Compensation for this position ranges between $32 and $35 per hour, with individual pay determined by factors such as location and experience. The company also provides a generous bonus program, although it is subject to change at Panda Express’s discretion. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification in food safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills

  • Capability to manage difficult situations and conflicts

Job Duties
