The company thrives on setting fashion trends instead of following them, fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture where teamwork and mutual success are paramount. At Primark, the focus is on delivering exceptional value while continuously evolving to meet customer needs and preferences in a competitive retail landscape.

This position demands a forward-thinking approach to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic store goals. You will be tasked with maximizing sales, maintaining high store standards, and motivating your team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Store Managers at Primark play a crucial role in managing inventory, analyzing market trends, and using insight to plan strategically to enhance store performance.

Primark empowers store leaders to manage commercial performance effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and visual merchandising that resonates with customer expectations. Resource planning and scheduling fall under your remit as well, where you ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time within budget constraints. As a Store Manager, you will have significant accountability and ownership, driving the store's success and fostering a team culture that prides itself on service excellence and operational efficiency.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $105,560 to $143,000, reflecting the significant responsibility and the impact the position holds within the company. Primark also prioritizes creating a supportive work environment with comprehensive onboarding within other U.S. trading areas to empower your success. Work-life balance and career development are key commitments for the company, providing the tools you need to thrive in a rapidly growing global fashion business.

Primark is deeply committed to inclusion and diversity, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds to express themselves and feel a sense of belonging. The company maintains a strict equal employment opportunity policy and offers reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
