Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Serve Safe certified
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities
- Capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe food safety certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Hire, train, manage, and motivate store associates
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards of service and food quality
- Achieve financial goals by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing sales
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations including Serve Safe certification
- Lead store team through continuous training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize ordering processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency
