Job Description
Joe & The Juice is a pioneering food and beverage company with a global vision to become the first truly global people-centric brand in its industry. Established with a commitment to promoting a healthy, convenient, and ambient experience, Joe & The Juice endeavors to create a welcoming universe where customers enjoy fresh, quality products served with exceptional service. The company emphasizes its core virtues of Positive Attitude, Inclusion, Social Ties, and Growth, fostering a culture rooted in operational excellence and employee engagement. This unique culture serves as the backbone of their success, making the company not just a place to eat and drink but a vibrant community where team members and guests alike thrive.
As a store manager at Joe & The Juice, you play a critical role in upholding the brand’s reputation by ensuring daily operational excellence across all facets of the store’s functions. You are responsible for managing the store’s performance by leading a motivated team and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This leadership position demands a strategic approach to operational management, talent development, guest experience, financial performance, and compliance with legal and brand standards. The role calls for a leader who can inspire, develop, and retain a highly engaged team while driving the business toward its sales and profitability targets.
The store manager acts as the primary ambassador of Joe & The Juice, fostering a positive, high-performance culture that reflects the company virtues and operational principles. You will oversee recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members, ensuring the team is optimally positioned to meet operational demands. Developing team members through structured plans and continuous feedback is a critical component of the role, helping to build strong employee engagement and satisfaction.
Moreover, the store manager champions a guest-first mindset, building strong community relationships and cultivating loyal and satisfied customers through consistent service excellence. Attention to operational compliance is paramount, including ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, adherence to hygiene standards, and compliance with local laws and regulations. The role also entails efficient workforce management through strategic shift planning and budget adherence.
Inventory and stock management fall under the store manager's responsibilities, requiring full ownership of stock counting, ordering, and waste minimization strategies. On the financial side, you are tasked with driving sales growth, optimizing EBITDA, monitoring financial performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Compensation for this pivotal position starts at $80,000 plus bonus, reflecting its importance within the company’s operational structure.
Joe & The Juice offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and career growth of its employees. From medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to a 401(k) program and paid time off, the company invests heavily in its people. Leadership training and educational support programs ensure that employees have opportunities to develop professionally and personally within an inclusive and diverse work environment. Joe & The Juice is committed to equal opportunity employment, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and demographics.
