The Store Manager role at Panda Express is a critical leadership position responsible for the overall operation of a single store, including staffing, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving results while maintaining high standards for food safety and customer service. To equip new Store Managers with the necessary skills and knowledge, Panda Express offers an extensive eight or more weeks of paid Store Management Leadership Training. This hands-on program ensures that every manager is fully prepared to succeed and lead their team effectively from day one.

Job Requirements

- flexibility to work in stores within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Serve Safe food safety certification
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
