This training ensures that you gain the essential skills needed to effectively manage store operations, motivate your team, and meet business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operation, from inventory control and food quality assurance to team scheduling and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to community engagement initiatives, reinforcing Panda Express's commitment to making a positive impact. The position offers a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities and a range of attractive benefits, including medical, vision, dental insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, and discounts.
