Store Managers are provided with opportunities for continuous career and leadership development, including access to scholarships and educational assistance. They also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their wellbeing and work-life balance, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan with company matching. Additional perks include free meals during shifts, discounts on gym memberships and theme parks, and involvement in community giving projects.

Working at Panda Express means embracing a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values flexibility, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. Candidates must be flexible to work in stores located within a 50-mile radius and available to work weekends and varied schedules. The role also requires adherence to food safety standards, with Serve Safe certification preferred. Panda Express is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunity to all applicants and employees regardless of gender, race, age, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. The company ensures reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals to participate fully in the hiring process and employment experience.

If you are passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant team setting, the Store Manager role at Panda Express offers a rewarding career path with room for growth and extensive support.
