Your day-to-day will involve overseeing store operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. This includes monitoring the preparation and presentation of items to meet company standards, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and handling deliveries. You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving any complaints concerning food quality or service. Maintaining food and equipment inventories, organizing training programs, and managing personnel matters such as hiring and performance evaluation will be key parts of your role. Additionally, as Store Manager, you will manage point of sale cash registers, oversee bank deposits, and uphold company opening and closing procedures.
