Your day-to-day will involve overseeing store operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. This includes monitoring the preparation and presentation of items to meet company standards, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and handling deliveries. You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving any complaints concerning food quality or service. Maintaining food and equipment inventories, organizing training programs, and managing personnel matters such as hiring and performance evaluation will be key parts of your role. Additionally, as Store Manager, you will manage point of sale cash registers, oversee bank deposits, and uphold company opening and closing procedures. Job Duties

  • Checking products to ensure consistency, palatability, and quality
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to make sure it’s up to Company Standards
  • Schedule staff hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation
  • Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
  • Perform some food preparation or service tasks
