Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • ServSafe certification

  • availability to cover shifts

Job Duties

  • Model incredible customer service and train store personnel to do the same
  • create a positive environment and culture for employees and customers
  • hire, train, and manage an ambitious, efficient crew of employees
  • utilize business skills to maintain a profitable operation
  • apply administrative expertise by forecasting and tracking a variety of business metrics
  • create and post crew work schedules
  • ensure store meets standards for operational, safety, and health labor laws
  • inspect store, prep areas, equipment, and utensils for sanitary conditions
  • maintain accurate inventory based on sales trends
  • monitor cash procedures including bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation, and cash variances
  • engage with the community through local store marketing activities
  • assemble the ultimate pizza experience for every guest
