The role of Store Manager at 7-Eleven is central to the success of each store location. As the heart and soul of the store, the Store Manager leads a team that typically includes one or two assistants. Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has at least one year of retail management experience
- Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Job Duties
