Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service and provide training and coaching
- Strong leadership skills to maintain high employee retention and productivity
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Experience in using profit and loss and store reports
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid drivers license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports for store management
- Experience in managing cash handling and fuel transactions
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching employees
- Prior retail management experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid drivers license with automotive liability insurance
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive changes and improvements
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety, comply with health and sanitation procedures, and maintain full product stock
- Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
