The role being offered is that of a Store Manager, a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the operational success of a 7-Eleven store. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
Ability to oversee customer service and provide training and coaching
Strong leadership skills to maintain high employee retention and productivity
Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
Experience in using profit and loss and store reports
Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid drivers license and automotive liability insurance
Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports for store management
Experience in managing cash handling and fuel transactions
Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching employees
Prior retail management experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid drivers license with automotive liability insurance

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive changes and improvements
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
Ensure store cleanliness and safety, comply with health and sanitation procedures, and maintain full product stock
Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
