Job Requirements

Ability to verify merchandise against receipts and use markers for identification
Maintain a professional appearance
Flexibility to work all shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 20 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of store merchandise and layout
Ability to read and interpret reports, tickets, and UPC labels
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training

Job Duties

Open doors and greet customers with a friendly welcome
Distribute AFW flyers and brochures to customers
Verify merchandise against receipts and mark with a bold 'S' to prevent multiple merchandise claims
Report suspicious activity and customer issues to management
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store entrance and shopping cart areas
Assist customers with inquiries and provide basic resolutions to issues
Cross-train for cashier duties and coordinate effectively with other departments
