Beans & Brews is a popular coffee establishment known for its community-focused service and high-quality coffee offerings. The General Manager at Beans & Brews plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of the coffee house while driving operational excellence and team development. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or coffee shop environment
  • strong desire to advance in a leadership role
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform barista duties

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or retail sector
  • strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • represent Beans & Brews professionally to customers and the community
  • perform barista duties as needed during peak hours or staff shortages
  • maintain inventory and order supplies to meet business demands
  • oversee cash handling and financial transactions accurately
  • ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and employees
