Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or coffee shop environment
- strong desire to advance in a leadership role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform barista duties
