Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or coffee shop environment
- strong desire to advance in a leadership role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform barista duties

Job Duties
- manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies

- represent Beans & Brews professionally to customers and the community
- perform barista duties as needed during peak hours or staff shortages
- maintain inventory and order supplies to meet business demands
- oversee cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and employees
