Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- Minimum six months experience in retail or food service
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical capability to perform tasks related to food preparation and service
- Willingness to work part-time or full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma
- At least six months of retail or food service experience
- One year of experience in retail, service, or restaurant preferred
- Proficient in building rapport with visitors and team members
- Able to adapt promptly and work harmoniously in a team environment
- ServSafe certification is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Provide a pleasant greeting to visitors to establish a welcoming ambiance
- Manage the supervision of food inventory control, expenses, elimination of waste, culinary preparation, and meal presentation
- Adhere to sanitation standards and maintain cleanliness in the food service area
- Achieve targets for selling food products such as pizza, breakfast items, and drinks
- Instruct and empower team members to follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling food items
- Establish connections with third-party vendors to enhance food safety supervision and educational programs
- Maintain inventory levels and rotate food products in a timely manner
- Execute guest transactions efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Help the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by fulfilling any additional responsibilities that are given
